![]() The solution to your problem is to abandon Lightroom as a completely unsuitable program for sphere panorama production and to get a reasonable stitching program. This means that the longest dimension of the 'long side' can only be a maximum of 8x4032 = 32256px, of which only about 19000px remain due to the overlap during stitching. You are making a mistake in thinking! A sphere panorama is composed of 4 superimposed rows of 8 photos each, 1 row of 2 photos and a single nadir shot. With the panorama shots, is it possible to limit the number of images that the spherical pano shoots? I am struggling to merge a 35 image panorama within Lightroom and I am told it is due to the maximum pixel length having been exceeded (65k is the LR limit on the longest edge, whereas the 35 shots x 4032px amount to 141,120px). PTGUI kind of blends the border between sky and ground giving a nice effect. Mask in shadows (land) don't bleed into sky. Mask in highlights (clouds) bleed into land Here's what I have in Evernote to remind me of the steps. ![]() you'll know how hard it is with overcast skies to get good exposure between land and sky but this nailed it. I've used this technique (mentioned above) to do just that. And while I do like autonomous stuff the capabilities are impressing and fit my needs. ![]() Also with time lapse and stuff like that. I noticed that it really has to fight more due to the lower weight. If you go into your DJI profile you should be able to change your name 10w73 to something a bit more "you" I think you should be very happy as long as you aren't massively into autonomous flight. Apart from that the sensor on the Mini 3 pro is pretty good and 12MP is relatively noiseless in low light. ![]() One thing the Mavic 2 Pro couldn't do is full 360 panos without the top 25% of the image having to be copied, cloned, filled etc The Mini 3 Pro uses 98% of the image area leaving a very small board like gap at the zenith which is very easy to fill on non complex subjects, even trees! So the Mini 3 pro is doing something no other new drone can do and hopefully DJI will tweak even further so we don't have to worry about that that small "board" shaped hole. PS: Pls tell me it was an ok choice to sell my Mavic 2 Pro and get a Mini 3 Pro with the Smart Controller! Because stuff like this pano-"problem" made me a little nostalgic. If the rest of this forum also is like this threat I feel at home. Note sure how this would work for a complex pano with overhanging trees etc where there are quite fiddly elements between sky and ground. I find I get best results if I mask the sky overlapping the ground (horizon) a little bit, then on the ground mask I leave a small gap between the that mask and what I masked for the sky. Beauty of this method is it's quite quick taking the two sets. Then go to masking and mask in the clouds of the cloud image and mask in the ground of the ground image and then stitch! Should have a nicely exposed pano. Then start again in PTGUI and bring in both those stitched panos and align. Then only create a pano based on the sky set then only create a pano based on the ground set. If you have something like PTGUI you can can take two sets of panos (normally one for the sky and one for the ground is enough) then load them all into into PTUI and align. Following question is then, would the camerapoints be the same for merging to HDR without ghosting :-). I am happy to answer any questions you might have about the model.I'm wondering how to tackle HDR, is there an option to activate that? Or should I go in PRO mode and adjust the exposure 3 times, so the drone makes 3 times seperate images. Time Capsule - Weird setup - I can ping the router but no internet Hi Everyone,I've just been scrambling across the varisou articles/posts here but cannot quite find the answer I'm looking. I am afraid to plug it back in to the network. Any idea why it is interfering with my Netgear DHCP. I would like to continue using the Time Capsule to back up my devices. Network router mode is set to "bridge mode". Time capsule settings in Airport Utility as follows: Internet tab -static IP4 address in the Netgear range (originally 10.0.0.x) and disabled IP6. I started unplugging all wired devices 1 by 1 until the problem stopped and isolated it to the Time Capsule causing the problem. After multiple resets of my Netgear router over the past couple months I finally decided to change the Netgear DHCP assignment to 192.168.2.x hoping that would help but suddenly multiple devices were assigned 192.168.3.x -problem persisted. For example my Netgear router was set to distribute 10.0.0.x but all of the devices having network/internet problems were assigned 192.168.2.x. When I tried to troubleshoot on the Netgear setup site, I realized that all of the devices that were having problems had different DHCP assignments. This seemed to work until a couple of months ago I started having significant network dropouts/ slow internet. I switched my home network to a Netgear Orbi mesh system over 1 year ago but kept my Time Capsule and put it in "bridge mode" wired directly to the Netgear router in order to continue using it for backups only (no longer using as a router). ![]() ![]() CARVIN® is a registered trademark of Carvin Corporation.BOSS®, DD3™ are trademarks or registered trademarks of Roland Corporation.BEYERDYNAMIC® is a registered trademark of Beyerdynamic GmbH & Co. ![]() ARBITER® FUZZ FACE® is a registered trademark of Arbiter Group Plc.AMPEG® is a trademark of LOUD Technologies, Inc.AKG® is a registered trademark of AKG Acoustics GmbH.ACOUSTIC® is a registered trademark of Guitar Center, Inc.Please see the ToneNET Terms of Use with ways that you can notify us if you believe content on ToneNET infringes your rights.
